What are my options for making payments?

You have several options for making payments on your loan:

1. Recurring Payments: This method allows you to set up automatic payments that will be deducted from your account on a regular basis. You can manage recurring payments by clicking on "Manage recurring payments" in your dashboard. Please allow at least 3 business days for any changes to take effect.

2. One-Time Payments: You can make individual one-time payments by logging into your online dashboard and clicking the "Make a Payment" button. This option is useful if you prefer to manually initiate each payment.

3. Check Payments (Billpay): If you prefer to pay by check, you can send payments via mail. The mailing address can be found in your dashboard at upstart.com. Please include your account number in the memo field of the check. Note that the payment date will be based on when the check is received, not when it was sent. Allow 7-10 business days for processing with standard postage, or 1-3 business days for overnight postage.

4. Bi-Monthly Payments: This option allows you to set up two automatic payments per month on specific dates (e.g., the 1st and 15th of each month). Some borrowers  prefer to manage their cash flow by splitting their monthly obligations into two smaller payments. Check your eligibility for bi-monthly payments in your dashboard.
