We may reach out to you if we don't receive your minimum monthly payment by the due date.
If you do not make your minimum monthly payment, you may be assessed a late fee. Your promissory note or retail installment contract will specify the amount and timing of any fees.
In addition, your loan servicer may report the most recent account status to the credit bureaus as of every due date. If you are more than 30 days late on any payment, any delinquencies or defaults will be reported accordingly.
In the event of a default on your loan, your loan servicer and/or creditor has the right to take actions as allowed by the law or the terms of your promissory note and/or your retail installment contract. For collateralized loans, this may include repossession of collateral.
